She wasn't sure how long he'd been following her, but she knew he was there. That creature with the mask was an ever-haunting presence behind her. He appeared and disappeared through the shadow like some dark, malignant being.
She knew why he was following her, oh yes, she did. The ancient mark on her face glowed with such an intensity that she was afraid the outer skin would burn. He was following her because his dark master wanted her. She stopped, turning. Her red cape billowed around her. Had she been in an imperial palace, she would have been an exotic beauty. But she was in no palace, and she was not playing the rule of the beauty. Beauty was being chased by the beast. Unbeknownst to her, the creature was right behind her, his fist raised, his mask spreading with darkness. You guys have NO idea how fun it was making this. I think it looks ok, considering I worked with multiple models and pictures to make this. I'd REALLY like to make this a print, because I think the quality is print-quality (and, plus, it'd look awesome hanging in my room, lol.) We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
